Shipping/Returns

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Please fill out and print our “Return Details” form and ensure that it is included in the return for both refunds and exchanges. A receipt of purchase is also required.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items.

Once a return is received and has gone through approval on our end, you will receive a Return Confirmation Email letting you know your return is being processed.

Should we decide the returned item is damaged or unsuitable in any way, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to you.

 

Refunds:

All refunds will go back to the original payment method used when the items were purchased. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date you receive your Return Confirmation Email for the money to reappear in your account.

 

Exchanges:

Should you wish to make an exchange, please fill out and print our “Return Details form and ensure that it is included in your return. A receipt of purchase is also required.

If an exchange is requested for an item we no longer have in stock, the return will automatically be processed as a refund.

If you used a discount code to purchase an item and wish to exchange it for the same item, we will honor the original discount for an “even exchange.” However, if a discount code was used, but the exchange being made is for a different item, the exchange will be processed for the discounted price and the discount may not be used again.

 

Shipping:

Orders placed before 2pm PST during normal business hours (M-F) will be shipped within 48 hours. Please note that there may be delays during holiday seasons due to a high volume of orders. We still aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

We do offer free standard shipping for domestic orders, but you may choose to expedite the shipping of your items for an extra cost.
